We define production as the creation of an experience for a group of people whether on a stage, in a ballroom, in a theme park, on a cruise ship, on a screen, in a video, in a film, in an arena, or anywhere that an audience will gather.   

Founded in 2024, the Women in Production Collective emerged from a realization that there was a need for a dedicated organization that facilitates connections, provides skills training to empower, and offers mentor match-ups to inspire.
